You gotta go to Settings > Family, then enter the passcode if you remember it. If you forgot the passcode, head to Settings > System > Console Settings > System Info. Write down the serial number and call Xbox Support; they'll help you reset it.

Easiest way? Use the passcode if you know it. If you've forgotten it, Xbox Support is your friend!

I had the same issue, forgot the passcode and all. Just called Xbox Support with my console's serial number, and they walked me through the reset process. It was surprisingly quick!

Simply go to Console Settings and look for Family settings. If you forgot the passcode, you'll need to contact support with your console's serial number.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
