Just go to your profile, click the three dots, and then select 'Privacy Settings.' From there, you can manage who sees your activities. Easy peasy!

You need to head into your account settings, then navigate to 'Privacy Settings,' and adjust your activity visibility. Boom, done!

From personal experience, just go to 'Privacy Settings' on your PSN account and set 'Activity' to 'No One' if you want to hide your activities from everyone.
