You can't. It just changes automatically when you choose the option during the marriage proposal.

Super easy! When you get married in BitLife, just choose the option to take your partner's surname during the marriage prompt. Boom, done!

As a seasoned BitLife player, I can say that when the marriage prompt pops up, you simply select to adopt your partner's last name. Easy to miss it if you're too excited, though!

Hey there! When you get hitched, there's an option to pick your surname. Just opt for your partner's name, and you'll be set. Easy peasy!

If you're a BitLife player looking for extra currency or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in BitLife essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
