You can't transfer PS Plus directly, but you can set up your console as the primary PS4 for the account with the subscription. This way, other accounts on the same console can share the benefits!

Unfortunately, PlayStation Plus subscriptions are tied to the specific PSN account they were purchased on and can't be transferred. You'll need to buy a new subscription for the other account.
