How to Turn on Notifications on Instagram

If you're on iPhone, you can also go directly to your phone's Settings, find Instagram in the app list, and toggle notifications on. Done and done!
Open the Instagram app, tap on your profile picture, hit the three lines, then Settings, Notifications, and flip the switches! Easy peasy.
