Press the pause button, then exit the app using your device's method for closing apps. No rocket science here!
On desktop, just click the 'X' button at the top right corner of the window or use 'Quit Spotify' from the taskbar icon.
Turning off Spotify is as easy as pausing the music and closing the app. Just don't forget to come back for more tunes!
