You can also change the audio settings. Lower the radio volume to zero if you're not near a physical radio or just prefer a more permanent solution. That way, you won't get random bursts of tunes when you're sneaking around.

Easiest way to turn off the radio in Fallout 76? Just walk up to it and press the interact button. For most platforms, it's the 'E' key on PC, 'A' on Xbox, and 'X' on PlayStation. Bam, silence is golden.
