How Do You Unblock on Facebook?
Go to Settings & Privacy, click on Settings, then Blocking, and find the person you want to unblock. Click Unblock next to their name. Voilà, you're friends again (or at least no longer blocked)!

Honestly, just go to your blocking settings and hit unblock. Simple as that.
On the Facebook app, tap the three lines in the top right, scroll down to Settings & Privacy, go to Settings, then Blocking. Tap Unblock next to the person you want to re-friend.
