Just head over to your settings, find 'Privacy,' then 'Blocked Accounts.' Locate the person you want to unblock and tap 'Unblock.' Problem solved!
Tap your profile, hit the menu (three lines), go to 'Settings' > 'Privacy' > 'Blocked Accounts' and tap 'Unblock' next to their name.
Why unblock? Consider keeping them blocked. Sometimes it's better that way.
