Hey, unlinking your Facebook from Instagram is super easy! Just go to your Instagram profile, click on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top right, go to Settings, then Account, and finally, Linked Accounts. From there, just tap Facebook and hit Unlink. Boom, done!

Just unlink it from the Instagram settings. Profile > Settings > Account > Linked Accounts. Easy peasy!
Open Instagram, go to your profile, hit the menu button, then Settings -> Accounts -> Linked Accounts -> Facebook -> Unlink. Done and dusted.
Just did this myself! On Instagram, head to your profile, tap the three lines in the upper right, hit Settings, then Accounts Center. Tap Accounts and Profiles, select the account you want to unlink, and choose Remove from Accounts Center. Easy peasy!
