How do you unlock Brewster in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?
To invite Brewster to your island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you gotta chat with Blathers. He's the owl who runs the museum. After you donate at least one of each type of item (bugs, fish, and fossils), Blathers will mention wanting to expand the museum with a café. Then, you gotta jet off to a mystery island on a Kapp’n boat tour, where you'll bump into Brewster. Just talk to him, tell him Blathers sent ya, and he'll agree to come to your island and set up shop with his cozy café, The Roost.

Blathers won't shut up about fossils, but if you bring him enough stuff, he'll eventually get around to Brewster. Honestly, just meet Brewster once, and you're set. Easiest coffee you'll ever get.
Just hit up Blathers after you've been a good islander and donated a bunch of stuff. Once you meet Brewster on that mystery island, you're golden. He'll come to your island, and you'll get to enjoy some of the best virtual coffee in the game.
Unlocking Brewster is more about patience than anything. Make sure your museum's getting all the love, and Brewster will show up in no time. It's worth it for those chill café vibes!
