You can't unlock Kratos in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for Xbox or PC; he's exclusive to the PlayStation version. Just pick up a copy for PS3 and he's all yours!

From personal experience, Kratos is available right out of the box on the PS3 version. No need to unlock, just choose him and start your mythological rampage!
