How Do You Unpin a Post on Facebook?
I've done it a million times! Just click those three little dots on the post and choose 'Unpin'.

Super simple! Just go to the pinned post on your Facebook profile or page, click the three dots in the upper-right corner, and select 'Unpin from Top of Page'. Poof! It's unpinned.
You can't unpin a post by wishing, you've got to click the actual 'Unpin' button!
