Updating your PS4 is pretty simple! Just go to 'Settings,' select 'System Software Update,' and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure you're connected to the internet!

Just turn it on, connect it to Wi-Fi, and you'll get a prompt if there's a new update available. Click 'Update Now,' and you're good to go.

If you want to update manually, download the update file from the PlayStation website onto a USB. Plug the USB into your PS4, go to 'Settings,' then 'System Software Update,' and select 'Update from USB Storage Device.'

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
