Updating Steam is super easy, barely an inconvenience! Steam usually updates itself automatically when you open it. But if you're feeling impatient, just restart the app. If there's an update available, Steam will grab it faster than a cat on a hot tin roof.

Just leave it open. Steam updates itself. No need to do anything fancy.

Sometimes, Steam doesn't feel like updating automatically (we've all been there with tech, right?). In that case, go to the top-left corner, click 'Steam' > 'Check for Steam Client Updates...' That usually gives it a little nudge!
