Honestly, just grind it out. It gets stronger the more you use it, so keep activating it in battles.
It's all about practice, practice, practice! Use your Haki in combat as much as possible. The more you use it, the stronger it gets.
From personal experience, focusing on high-level bosses and doing the quests that involve Haki training sped things up for me. Patience is key!
