Using a fishing rod in Terraria is super simple but mega fun! First, make sure you've got yourself a fishing rod. There are a few kinds you can craft or find. Next, you need bait, which you can catch with a bug net. Now, find a body of water - lakes, ponds, even the ocean. Stand close to the edge, select your fishing rod in your inventory, and then click on the water. Boom! You're fishing. Just wait for a little splash, then click again to reel in your catch. Sometimes you get fish, sometimes junk, sometimes treasure!

Honestly, I think fishing in Terraria's a bit overrated. It's more about patience than skill.

Just stand by water, click, and wait. That's it.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
