To use aluminum ore in Fallout 76, you just need to smelt it at a Chemistry Station into aluminum scrap. Super straightforward, but don't forget you need Acid too!

First off, you gotta get that raw aluminum ore from mining deposits all around the wasteland. Once you've got your hands full, head over to a Chemistry Station. Here's where the magic happens: smelt that ore into aluminum scrap. Boom, you're ready to craft all sorts of goodies like weapon mods, armor, and even some fancy base structures!

Honestly? Hoard it. Once you start building, you'll realize aluminum is worth its weight in gold. Smelt it into scrap, then craft away!
