Using an Upgrade in Pokemon GO is super simple! Just go to your inventory, select the Upgrade item, and apply it to a Porygon to evolve it into Porygon2!

I've done this a bunch of times! Open your bag, tap on the Upgrade, apply it to Porygon, and watch the magic happen when it evolves into Porygon2. Happy evolving!
