Long jump? Just hold down Shift and press space while running. Simple as that!
Easy! To use the long jump in PARKOUR, press and hold the Shift key, then hit the spacebar while moving forward. Make sure you have enough Points to unlock it first!
From my experience, holding Shift and pressing Space while sprinting works every time. Don't forget to unlock it first with your Points!
