To use relics in Warframe, go to a mission on the Star Chart that has a Void Fissure. Equip your relic in the mission selection screen, start the mission, and collect reactant from enemies to unlock the relic's rewards at the end!

Relics are easy! Just enter a Void Fissure mission, equip a relic, gather reactant, and receive rewards. Good loot awaits!

Been doing it for years, just hop into a Void Fissure mission, equip a relic, collect 10 reactant, and enjoy the shiny new gear at extraction. Trust me, it's worth it!
