Using shields in Apex Legends is pretty straightforward but super important for surviving longer! First up, you gotta loot them from the ground or loot bins around the map. You've got different types (e.g., Body Shields, Helmets) which auto-equip when you pick 'em up if you don't have anything better. Now, to use 'em, they automatically kick in during battles. Your shield will take damage before your health does. If it breaks or gets low, you need shield cells, syringes, or batteries to replenish them. Small ones (cells) add a bit of shield, big ones (batteries) fill it up completely. Just make sure you're in a safe spot when using these because it takes a few secs and you can't fight while at it!

No shields, no glory. Always keep an eye on your shield level during fights. If you鈥檙e out, duck for cover and recharge ASAP with whatever cells or batteries you've got. Been there, done that, and trust me, it鈥檚 a game-changer. Also, different shields have different capacities, so always upgrade!
