You use Cyan Stars to upgrade Ayatan sculptures, which you can then trade for Endo. Just find those sculptures hidden in missions and plug the stars in!
Cyan Stars are for filling in Ayatan sculptures. Look out for those sculptures during your runs, and make sure to use the stars in the orbiter!
I've been using Cyan Stars to upgrade Ayatan sculptures for ages. Once they're full, trade them at Maroo's Bazaar for Endo, which you can use to upgrade your mods. Happy hunting!
