You use the Parazon in Warframe to hack consoles and execute Mercy kills on enemies. Hack consoles by approaching them and pressing the interaction button. When an enemy is low on health, you'll see a prompt to perform a Mercy kill.

Just walk up to a terminal you need to hack or an enemy you want to finish and press the action button. Done and done.
The Parazon's mainly for hacking consoles or performing flashy finishers on certain enemies! Look for the prompt and press the action button.
