Bumbo's connection? He’s basically Isaac’s greedy little buddy who eats coins and turns into a beast. Simple as that.

Bumbo is actually a character from The Binding of Isaac! He’s a little beggar that you can find in the game who collects coins and eventually transforms into a powerful ally as he levels up. Pretty neat, huh?

Bumbo started as a sidekick in Isaac, with his coin-collecting antics. Then he got his own game, 'The Legend of Bum-bo,' which is a prequel to The Binding of Isaac!

Bumbo's real glow-up came with 'The Legend of Bum-bo,' a puzzle game that’s actually a prequel to Isaac’s adventures. You get to see more of his backstory!
