Basically, Goku absorbs the Dragon Balls to save everyone and then rides off with Shenron. Then, there's a time skip and we see Pan's great-great-grandson in a tournament!

Dragon Ball GT ends with Goku merging with the Dragon Balls to prevent the Earth from being destroyed. He then disappears with Shenron. A hundred years later, we see Pan, Goku's granddaughter, at the World Martial Arts Tournament, where she catches a glimpse of Goku, hinting he鈥檚 still watching over everyone.
Goku becomes one with the Dragon Balls, and Shenron takes him away. Fast forward 100 years, and Pan's descendant is in a tournament!
GT ends with Goku just peacing out with Shenron and a big time skip. It's kinda bittersweet but epic.
