Sorry to break it to ya, but Fig doesn’t meet his maker in Hogwarts Legacy. Zero death scenes for Fig. You might wanna double-check your sources or maybe you're mixing up your games.

I don't remember Fig dying in Hogwarts Legacy. Played through the whole thing and he was pretty much alive and kicking till the end credits rolled.
