Honestly, Ghoulish feels a bit overrated. Sure, turning rads into health sounds cool, but in a game where RadAway and health kits are everywhere, it just doesn't seem worth the perk points.
Ghoulish is simple yet awesome. Get radiated, get healed. Higher levels = more healing. It turns bad vibes (radiation) into good health.
