Health in Apex works like this: you start at 100, get shot, then panic and slap on some syringes or shield batteries to not die. Also, wearing armor helps a lot. It's like putting on a chunky sweater that magically stops bullets.

In Apex Legends, every player starts with 100 health. You can increase your health by using Body Shields, which add up to 100 extra health for a total of 200 if you snag the best one. If you get shot, no worries, just find some health packs or use a Legend's healing abilities to patch yourself up!

Basically, keep an eye on your health bar and don't forget to loot those syringes and med kits. Oh, and if you're lucky enough to buddy up with a Lifeline, her drone can heal you up without burning through your supplies.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
