As a huge Boruto fan, I was super excited to see someone so similar to Jiraiya! Turns out, it's actually his clone, Koji Kashin, created by Amado. It's like Jiraiya 2.0, but not quite the same!
Spoiler alert! Jiraiya isn't back in Boruto, but his clone Koji Kashin, created by Amado, sure looks and fights just like him! It's trippy, I know.
