Observation Haki in Blox Fruits allows you to dodge attacks automatically. You can unlock it by talking to the Lord of Destruction on Upper Skylands at level 300.

You don't need Observation Haki, just git gud and dodge manually. Level 300 on Upper Skylands, tho.
