Primary and Secondary Focus in Warframe lets you unlock and improve abilities for your Operator. You can earn Focus points through missions and invest them in different Focus schools. It's like leveling up your inner space ninja!

Primary Focus is your main Focus school, giving you access to powerful abilities and passives. Secondary Focus lets you mix in abilities from another school. You unlock them with Focus points you earn by killing enemies and completing missions. Focus farming can be a grind, but it's worth it!

So, in my experience, you choose a Primary Focus school that fits your playstyle (Zenurik for energy, Naramon for melee, etc.) and then unlock abilities using Focus points. Once you have your Primary selected, you can branch out into a Secondary Focus school to diversify your abilities. It's all about mix and match!
