Okay, here's the deal: Rad Share means you and three buddies all use Radiant Relics of the same type. It boosts the odds for those sweet, sweet prime parts.
It's a waste of time tbh. Just grind solo.
From my experience, Rad Share is the way to go when farming for Prime parts! Each squad member uses a Radiant Relic, and if you're lucky, you can all get that rare part you鈥檙e after. It's way more efficient than going solo.
