How does raising units work in Total War: Warhammer 2?
You can raise units by selecting a lord, then going to the recruitment panel. You'll find different units available based on your buildings and techs.

Click on your lord, hit the recruitment button, and pick your units! Just make sure you have the buildings and resources needed.
It's easy! Select your lord, and then use the recruitment panel to choose the units you want. Needs buildings, sometimes tech.
Raising units works by selecting your lord, opening the recruitment menu, and picking the units, as long as you have the required buildings and resources.
From my experience, you need to have the right buildings in your settlements to unlock certain units. Just choose your lord, click on 'Recruit Units,' and fill out your ranks!
