Rank X is the ultra-competitive tier in Splatoon 2. It's for players who surpass S+10 in Ranked Battles. Once you hit Rank X, you'll compete against other top-tier players and your rank is based on a numerical X Power that changes with each match. Oh, and brace yourself—it's intense!

I reached Rank X last week and it's a whole new ball game. After hitting S+10, you get into Rank X where you compete for X Power. It’s like the major leagues of ink-splatting!

Just hit S+10 in any ranked mode to enter Rank X, where you'll face the best of the best. Your rank is determined by X Power, and it will fluctuate based on your victories and defeats.

Ranking up to Rank X in Splatoon 2 means you've climbed past S+10. In Rank X, you'll compete for X Power points to see who reigns supreme.
