Run and Gun lets you take an action after dashing! It's a lifesaver when you need to close the distance and shoot in the same turn.
With Run and Gun, you can dash and still fire your weapon or use a special ability. Great for getting in close or escaping a sticky situation.
I use Run and Gun all the time. Nothing like getting up close and personal with a shotgun blast right to an alien's face!
Run 'n Gun is OP, just make sure you don't dash into too many aliens or you'll regret it!
