Foxes love bushes and trees! Plant lots of them, and they鈥檒l flock to your farm like it's a fox convention.
Honestly, foxes are more of a passive thing. Just be patient and grow your farm, and they'll show up eventually.
Trust me, just add a bunch of bushes and leave some space for them to roam. They can't resist a good bush party.
