Spoiler alert! Maka takes down the big baddie Asura with her own powers and a dash of good ol' bravery. Yup, it's that epic.
Hot take: The anime ending is kinda weird since Maka just punches the final boss into submission. Not exactly what I expected.
As someone who watched it twice, the finale is all about Maka discovering her inner strength and giving Asura one heck of a beatdown. A fitting end for our heroes!
