Steam Share, officially known as Family Sharing, lets you share your game library with friends or family members on up to five separate computers. Once you enable sharing and authorize a computer, any user on that machine can access and play games from your library. However, there's a catch: only one person can play from the shared library at a time, so if the owner decides to play something, all others get kicked out.

Super simple: Steam Share means you can let your mates dive into your game stash without handing over your precious password. Just remember, if you start playing a game, they're getting booted off their game session. Fair's fair!

Honestly, Steam Share sounds cooler than it is. Only one person can use the library at a time, so it's a bit of a buzzkill if you're trying to play together.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
