Honestly, Story Circle can be a bit overrated. Sure, it sounds cool to choose a color and prevent damage from it, but considering the mana cost and its limitation to just one color... I'd say there are better protection options out there.

It's a shield! Pick a color when you cast Story Circle, and with a flick (or a tap) of 1 white mana, you become invincible against damage from that color for a turn. Magic indeed!

Story Circle is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. When you play Story Circle, you choose a color. Once it's on the battlefield, you can pay 1 white mana anytime to prevent all damage a source of the chosen color would deal to you this turn. It's like declaring, 'Nope, not today!' to any incoming damage of that color, which can totally turn the tide in games.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
