I've got a 1660 Ti, and The Division 2 runs pretty smooth on high settings. You can expect around 60 FPS most of the time.
I dunno, just buy the game and see for yourself. 1660 Ti should be fine.
It works well, but don't expect to max everything out without some tweaking. Medium to high settings should be awesome.
Running The Division 2 on a 1660 Ti is a breeze. You can rock solid high to ultra settings with no issues. Great card for it!
