How does the health system work in Apex Legends?
In Apex Legends, your health system basically relies on two main components: Health and Shields. Every player starts with a base health of 100, which can only be restored through health packs and syringes. Shields, however, add an extra layer of protection on top of your health. These can be replenished with shield cells, batteries, or Phoenix Kits. Shields are segmented based on the quality of armor you find, ranging from 50 extra shield points for white (common) armor, up to 100 for red (evolved) armor. Remember, blue is better than white, and purple is better than blue; keep an eye on your shield color!

Simple. You got health and shields. Health doesn't regen, you gotta use syringes or medkits. Shields do the same but with shield cells and batteries. High-tier loot = more health/shields. Stay looted, stay alive.
Honestly, just loot up and keep those shield cells handy. The rest sorts itself out in the fight. And remember, syringes for health, cells for shields!
IDK why everyone complicates it. You get shot, you use a syringe. Shield goes down, you pop a cell. EZ.
