The ranking system in Overwatch has different tiers like Bronze, Silver, Gold, and all the way up to Grandmaster. Your performance and win/loss record in competitive matches determine your rank.

Ranking in Overwatch is based on your Skill Rating (SR), which fluctuates depending on your performance in Competitive Play. Win a lot, and your SR goes up. Lose too much, and it heads south.

As someone who's spent countless hours grinding through the ranks, I can tell you鈥攃onsistency is key. You gotta keep performing well, and you'll see that SR climb!

Basically, you start in placement matches that determine your initial rank. After that, you climb or fall based on your wins and losses. It's that simple!
