Basically, every time you kill an enemy, complete an objective, or use abilities, you get XP (called Affinity). This levels up your Warframe and weapons, making them stronger and unlocking new mod slots.

When you earn Affinity by completing missions or fighting enemies, your Warframe and weapons level up, boosting their stats and mod capacity.

Warframe levels, aka 'Affinity', increase when you gain experience through combat, completing missions, or using your abilities and weapons. When your Warframe levels up, it gets more health, shields, energy, and mod capacity!
