Toxic is a new keyword ability in MTG that allows creatures to deal damage in the form of poison counters instead of regular damage to players. When a creature with Toxic hits a player, that player gets poison counters equal to the Toxic number. For example, if a creature has Toxic 2 and it deals damage to a player, that player would receive 2 poison counters. If a player accumulates 10 poison counters, they lose the game. It's a sneaky and effective way to win, especially if you can bypass or weaken your opponent's defenses!

Just a heads up, Toxic is all about poison counters. Get 10, and you're outta the game. Keep it simple, hit them fast and hard with Toxic creatures, and watch your opponents sweat as their poison counter tally goes up!

Honestly, Toxic adds a whole new dimension to deck building. You're not just thinking about chipping away at your opponent's life total anymore. Now, it's about strategizing the best way to slip those poison counters onto your opponent. It's a game-changer for sure.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
