It鈥檚 basically grinding for XP - you run missions, complete tasks, and upgrade your gear to make your ghouls or investigators stronger!
From my experience, you need to spend a lot of time on daily missions and events to collect the resources for training. It's a grind, but seeing those stats go up is worth it!
In Tokyo Ghoul: Dark War, training is all about leveling up your characters and upgrading their skills. You can use training points and gold to improve your stats. Don't forget to use those training points wisely!
