Valorant's penalty system is there to keep the game fair and fun for everyone. If you go AFK (away from keyboard) too much or get reported for toxic behavior, you'll first receive a warning. Keep it up, and you'll start facing penalties like being unable to queue for matches for a certain amount of time. The more offenses you rack up, the longer these timeouts get. Extreme cases might even get you banned. It's like the game's way of putting you in timeout to think about what you've done.

Valorant's penalty system is too harsh, imo. Got disconnected cuz of my internet and bam, hit with a timeout. They really need to differentiate between genuine disconnects and ppl actually ditching games.

Simply put, don't be a jerk in Valorant. If you leave matches early or make it a bad time for others, you're gonna get hit with timeouts. Think of it as Valorant's way of sending you to the principal's office.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
