Valorant's unranked matchmaking, aka the 'normal' games, uses a hidden MMR (Match Making Rating) system. This means even though you're not seeing your rank, the game's keeping track of your performance. It considers your win/loss ratio, personal performance, and the skill level of your recent opponents to match you with similarly skilled players. So, if you're on a winning streak, expect tougher matches!
