Honestly, it's as expensive as you make it. Free entry, but the temptation is real with all the cool cosmetics and room items. Discipline is key!

Zero, zilch, nada! Rec Room won't cost you anything unless you decide to buy Tokens for extra fun. And even then, you're in charge of your wallet.

Rec Room is actually free to play! You can hop in and start having fun without spending a dime. If you want to jazz up your avatar or buy some cool items for your rooms, that's where the optional in-app purchases come into play. Tokens, the in-game currency, can be earned by playing or bought with real money, but you totally control how much you spend.

Not gonna lie, I've dropped more cash than I planned in Rec Room. Those Tokens are irresistible. But hey, it starts free!

If you're a Rec Room player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Rec Room gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
