How did Fallout 76 go from being great to a flop?
It's all about expectations vs. reality. Fallout 76 promised a huge, open-world multiplayer RPG set in the beloved Fallout universe. Fans were hyped! But when it launched, it was buggy, lacked content, and the always-online requirement didn't sit well with everyone. Over time, despite Bethesda's efforts to fix issues and add new content, that rough start left a lasting impression.

Fallout 76 never went from great to flop, it just had a rocky start! The game launched with a lot of issues, sure - bugs, server instability, and a bit of a content vacuum. But Bethesda has been hard at work fixing these issues, adding loads of new content like the 'Atlantic City - America's Playground' expansion, and really listening to player feedback. It's a much better game now if you give it a chance!
Was never great. The game was a disappointment from day one with its bugs and empty world.
